People Operations, HRIS Workday Integration Architect, Vice President

Role Overview

TPG is seeking a senior Workday integration professional to design, build, troubleshoot, and support enterprise integrations between Workday and downstream HR, payroll, benefits, security, reporting, analytics, and third-party vendor systems.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with People Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, secure, and scalable data flow between Workday and downstream systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Workday experience
• Deep hands-on delivery experience in Workday integrations
• Proven ownership of Workday Studio custom integrations
• Experience integrating Workday with downstream payroll, benefits, finance, vendor, data, security, and third-party systems
• Strong experience with EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI/PICOF, RaaS, calculated fields, custom reports, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and SFTP/API-based data exchange
• Strong understanding of Workday security for integrations
• Experience troubleshooting complex production integration failures
• Demonstrated ability to document integration designs, technical specifications, test scripts, runbooks, controls, and knowledge-transfer materials
