Role Overview
Traeger is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our world-class sales team. You will be responsible for supporting our business at Ace Hardware and running the offense at several of Traeger’s key strategic accounts, including Buying Groups such as Orgill, Do-it-Best, and True Value Hardware; and National Outdoor accounts such as Scheel’s, Bass Pro Shops, Academy Sports, and Sportsman’s Warehouse.
What You Will Do
Identify and execute business strategies that contribute to Traeger’s strategic objectives and drive incremental revenue, market share growth, and opportunities for expansion. Drive end-to-end account management while ensuring Traeger profitability: from sales presentation to order acquisition to order delivery.

Requirements
- BA/BS preferred
- 8+ years of sales/account management, or equivalent experience working directly with Buying Groups or national accounts
- Strong analytical, planning & negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to drive business insights and turn them into tangible action
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) & the ability to analyze data (data & analytics experience)
