Product Operations Manager – Client Onboarding Delivery

Role Overview

The Product Operations Manager will oversee client onboarding, implementation, and operational delivery for a fast-growing lending platform. This role partners with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to manage complex implementations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure successful product launches.

What You Will Do

Owning and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for all new Monevo UK clients, from contract signature through to successful go-live. Acting as the primary delivery lead between clients and internal teams throughout implementation activity.

Requirements

• Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery or operational processes within a technology, fintech or financial services environment.
• Experience working within financial services, fintech, credit marketplaces or digital lending environments.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, lead generation, eligibility or credit decisioning ecosystems.
• Experience delivering SaaS, API or platform-based implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of the credit bureau or consumer lending sectors.
