People Operations Manager

Role Overview

Tremendous is a global platform that delivers gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide. The People Operations Manager will own people operations end to end, administer benefits, and run the immigration program.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Manager will own HRIS, administer benefits, write the employee handbook, and run onboarding and offboarding processes. They will also handle off-cycle compensation changes, partner with recruiting, and own the immigration program.

The ideal candidate has excellent judgment, is proactive, and can write clearly. They should have 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or a people partner role, and experience with employment-based immigration and HRIS.

Requirements

• 5+ years in people operations, HR, or a people partner role
• Experience independently running workplace investigations
• Deep experience administering US benefits and leave
• Strong HRIS experience
• Direct, hands-on experience with employment-based immigration
• Experience running performance and compensation cycles for 100+ people
