People Operations Generalist

Role Overview

We’re hiring a People Operations Generalist to own the systems behind how people join, grow, and move on at Tribe. We’re scaling quickly and need an owner who can make our systems, processes, and programs scale as fast as the company does.

What You Will Do

Own the operational backbone of onboarding, own and optimize our HRIS (Rippling), build AI-native systems and automation, and support the build and operation of our people programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in people operations or HR operations
• Experience owning and optimizing Rippling or a similar modern HRIS
• High agency and a bias toward action
• Strong, clear communicator who moves fast across teams with exceptional partnership
• Energized by hard problems and by building things that don’t exist yet
• Multi-country experience with PEO and EOR models
• Genuine interest in AI and how it’s changing how internal teams work
