What You Will Do

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality, design and build Apex code, Lightning Web Components, custom workflows, and automations, build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience balancing both Salesforce development and administrative responsibilities
• Demonstrated coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), alongside expert knowledge of declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
• Hands-on working experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
• Strong track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware
• Sound technical judgment to determine when to leverage standard configuration versus custom development
• Self-directed problem solver capable of executing independently within a geographically distributed team
• Proven comfort documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira
