Role Overview

This role is a founding position on the Sales team, responsible for building the enablement function from the ground up. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will report to the VP of Sales and work closely with reps, Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include owning new hire ramp, building and running ongoing enablement motion, partnering with product marketing, and owning and iterating on reports related to reps performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a closely related sales leadership role
  • A track record of enabling reps who sell complex, high-cost solutions to multiple stakeholders and buyer personas, ideally including six figure deals
  • Experience building or substantially reworking a new hire ramp program from scratch
  • Comfort using data to diagnose team performance gaps and turn that diagnosis into training that changes behavior, not just content that gets delivered once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or marketing language into something a rep can use live in a deal
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, across multiple product lines and verticals, with priorities that shift as the business does
  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience/knowledge
