Role Overview
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll embody the company’s mantra of Head, Heart, Hustle, delivering exceptional service with expertise, empathy, and a drive to succeed. You’ll perform lead generation projects to help the Sales Team in their prospecting activities, manage communications, and represent the Ubiquity brand.
What You Will Do
Lead generation, qualifying and verifying leads, creating contacts in CRM, researching email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles, updating contact records in Hubspot, and performing other duties as assigned.

- Experience in lead generation, data mining, research

- Basic knowledge in creating workflows in Hubspot, generating reports and dashboards for data management
- Proficient with GSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
- Positive and energetic communication skills
- Healthy drive to support the sales team in achieving new business/revenue goals
