Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer at UL Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our global Salesforce ecosystem. This fully remote position is based in Poland and offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders across multiple regions.

What You Will Do

Serve as the hands-on developer for small to large scale initiatives for multiple Salesforce instances, integrations and related applications through the design, development, testing and implementation phases.

Requirements

• Serve as the hands-on developer for small to large scale initiatives for multiple Salesforce instances, integrations and related applications through the design, development, testing and implementation phases
• Develop & deploy solutions that support the aggressive deployment & evolving solutions in Agentforce & Data360 in support of UL’s journey to become an agentic enterprise
• Develop new and support existing Apex (classes and triggers) and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
• Work with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with key applications
• Maintain and demonstrate 100% compliance with all written security policies, procedures, and change management controls
• Lead/Advance Salesforce coding standards, frameworks, and re-usable patterns for our development team to leverage
• Write technical design documents and perform code reviews.
• Provide training and assistance to team as necessary, we are a smart, growing global team
• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes and enhancements
• Performs other duties as directed.
