Role Overview
Ulbrich is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build relationships with customers and sell specialty wire products/product applications or services. The role involves developing a comprehensive understanding of inside sales territory accounts, forecasts, personnel, and purchase history, and working closely with management to develop profitable business for the Company.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Representative will review product information, develop customer relationships, provide technical assistance, and respond to customer inquiries. They will also enter customer orders, manage open orders and backlog, and collect information for outbound sales calls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be self-motivated and results-driven, and have previous meaningful technical sales experience. They will also have a good understanding of the metals industry and be proficient with MS Office and internet technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or an engineering-related discipline
- Previous meaningful technical sales experience (minimum of one year)
- Metals industry experience desired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Outlook, email and internet technology
