Role Overview
The People Operations Hub Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and timely employee lifecycle support and employee data management through Workday. The role partners with employees, People Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT teams to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining data integrity across all HR systems.
What You Will Do
Execute employee data transactions accurately and efficiently in Workday, process onboarding transactions, generate employment contracts, and support compensation and benefits changes.

Requirements
- Fluent Thai language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Intermediate to Advanced Workday experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
