People Operations Team Lead

Role Overview

The People Operations Team Lead will ensure Cairo hub operational activities and BAU is smooth and achieving the KPIS/SLAs while looking into simplification/enhancements and project automations to unlock capacity for the in-market teams for NAMET- RUB, Europe and UKI Region opportunities to improve Employee Experience for our teams and customers.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the People Operations Team Lead will be to manage all system-related activities, lead the team, evolve the service to deliver a high-quality service to the business, drive a culture of process improvement, and ensure data accuracy in all elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree graduate from any relevant discipline
• People management experience of 2+ years
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience leading teams
• Relevant experience within the same scope/responsibilities’ min for 6 months
• Strong HR operational background and knowledge
• Good understanding and experience in Workday, Visier, Talent Systems, Payroll Systems, and their interlinkages
• High ownership of day-to-day operations and the data accuracy and maintenance of the data in the system
• Time management and commitment to deadline
• Customer care mindset
• Strong stakeholder management (specially HR and Business stakeholders and teams)
• Strong organization skills
• Strong attention to detail and due diligence
