Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing & Analytics

Role Overview

Join the Free People Analytics team as a Senior Analyst to analyze rich first-party data and provide fact-based recommendations to support customer acquisition, audience strategies, and marketing channels. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Customer + Marketing Analytics to drive global growth and support topline business goals.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Analyst, you will own end-to-end business analysis, identify trends and risks in customer behavior and marketing performance, lead as an analytics thought partner, and bridge the gap between customer and marketing to keep pulse on customer lifecycle health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years in an ecommerce, retail, or marketing agency environment analyzing data and translating insights into stories with actionable recommendations
  • Advanced skills in database query language (SQL/SAS/R or similar)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Ability to be dynamic and flexible in a fast-paced work environment
  • Clear communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills while also being able to work independently
