Director Medical Group Financial Planning and Strategic Initiatives

Responsible for identifying and leading initiatives to improve financial reporting and analysis for the Medical Group and Health System. Develops and monitors an annual operating budget for the overall Medical Group and leads financial reporting and analysis to identify root causes for missing budget targets.

Requirements

• 10 years related financial or revenue cycle experience in complex, large organizations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred
• CPA or MBA designation preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
