Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to target and acquire customers within the Pulp and Paper Industry. You will cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to reach sales targets.

You will utilize thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical support and customized solutions to customers.

Requirements
- Extensive background and proven experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry
- Strong sales mindset and capability to work with customers on many levels
- Seasoned in working within a matrix organization, displaying exceptional adaptability and the capability to excel in an independent sales role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory, with occasional support provided to other areas as required
- Valid driver’s license
