Role Overview
As a Senior Manager of Workforce Planning & Analysis, you will lead the strategic vision for V2B workforce operations, ensuring our organization is agile, efficient, and positioned to deliver superior customer service. You will be the primary advocate for workforce performance, driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Lead high-impact projects, manage complex planning models, and act as a strategic partner to leadership, balancing business goals with employee experience. Develop and execute enterprise-level forecasting, capacity planning, and staffing models.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
- Experience in sales, sales operations, business development or marketing
- Experience in Telecommunications
