Supervisor Sales Operations & Support

Role Overview

This role will hold a supervisory position that will ensure the daily operation of the ISS group will be efficient, accurate and on time to meet the monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets. They will also be responsible in gathering, maintaining, and ensuring that all business analytics reports are submitted to ANZ Managers and other stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Responsible for processing Pending Order Requests coming through from sales and driving to completion, creation, maintenance and loading OSC data, processing Change Order Request, processing pre-order with sales and associated activities, and loading the BOW to OSC via loader.

The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in Sales Support, proficiency in MS Excel, awareness in Power BI, proficiency in Smart Sheet, and a good communication skill.
