Analyst, Sales Operations (EMEA)

Role Overview

As a Analyst, Sales Operations for the EMEA region, you are responsible for supporting the Sales teams through accurate reporting, orderbook follow-up, and coordination of key sales processes to help achieve sales targets and business objectives for Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling.

What You Will Do

You will achieve this by supporting the preparation and follow-up of monthly sales forecasts, monitoring the orderbook, preparing regular sales reports, working closely with Channel Sales teams, maintaining customer master data in SAP, and handling day-to-day sales requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data, Statistics, Maths or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and reports
• Structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive mindset
• Basic experience or exposure to reporting, data analysis, or sales support activities
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Nice to have knowledge of SAP or Power BI
