Role Overview

The People Ops Generalist will help build the foundation for how people experience working at Videa, a breakthrough health technology company. The role involves building systems, processes, and tools to support employees and managers, with a focus on AI and automation. The ideal candidate is a strong systems thinker, AI-native, and comfortable building from scratch.

What You Will Do

The role involves building and improving onboarding experiences, creating an employee hub, building policies and documentation, and using AI and automation to make People programs simpler and more useful. The candidate will also identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and determine what to build, improve, or remove.
