Demand Generation Manager – Southern Europe

Role Overview

As a Demand Generation Manager – Southern Europe, you will drive demand generation performance and deliver marketing-generated business targets across Southern Europe, covering France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. You will execute regional demand generation strategies, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure disciplined performance management throughout the entire demand-to-booking journey.

What You Will Do

A typical day will involve owning regional demand generation performance, executing regional demand generation strategies, driving execution across paid digital campaigns, SEO, web initiatives, webinars, trade shows, content marketing, service partnerships, and outbound programs, and improving lead quality, funnel velocity, conversion performance, and opportunity creation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in demand generation, marketing leadership, commercial excellence, business development, or a related B2B growth environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign management, funnel management, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, conversion optimization, and pipeline performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Service, Business Development, and senior commercial stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a complex, multi-country, matrix environment.
• Professional fluency in English. Additional proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian would be highly advantageous.
