Role Overview
Join the Finance Systems team at Vinted, where you will work with our ERP system, NetSuite, and provide support to Finance Teams’ end-users. You will be responsible for handling Jira tickets, updating documentation, coordinating with other teams, and applying changes in NetSuite.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical Jira issues, keep process documentation up to date, coordinate with other teams, complete low-to-moderate complexity tasks, participate in small improvement projects, and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and interested in Finance or IT. You should be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and be organized. Prior experience is not required, but relevant studies are a plus.
