The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing key client projects, ensuring a high level of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget. The role involves controlling the analysis phase, developing project plans and requirements specifications, estimating budgets, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Technical Project Manager include developing project plans, estimating budgets, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves controlling the analysis phase, developing project plans and requirements specifications, and securing that our configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with either Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce marketing cloud
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions
• Experience with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Great communication skills, enabling you to translate ‘business language’ into technical language
