Role Overview
As Senior People Operations Manager, you’ll own People Operations at voize and build the function from the ground up. This is a dynamic role that combines first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact.
What You Will Do
You’ll own the employee lifecycle end to end, be the trusted point of contact, build a first-class People Ops foundation, automate what shouldn’t be manual, and make us global-ready.

The ideal candidate is a builder, not a caretaker, who has scaled People Ops before, is AI-first, and has experience with German payroll and employment law, as well as multi-country People Ops.
Requirements
- Several years of ownership in a fast-growing tech company
- German payroll and employment law expertise
- Experience with multi-country People Ops
- AI-first mindset
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English
