Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop, manage, and assume accountability for sales activities among customer accounts for ship-owner sales team, and shipyards in Latin America. The role will report to the Sales General Manager and will be based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage sales activities, manage new building sales-activities and customer relationships, promote and support solutions and products, maintain and further develop customer portfolio relationships, and collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information.

Requirements
- Extensive and strong experience in sales for marine industry
- Bsc/Msc Engineering/Machinery or Business Administration with MBA in Strategy
- Excellent commercial and negotiation capabilities
- Experience in successfully working with various stakeholders to deliver on customer expectation in international company
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, proficient Spanish
- Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM
