Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative I – Business Operations will be the first point of contact for customers visiting and/or contacting the department. They will provide accurate information, receive and record work orders, and distribute planned, limited, and emergency outages. The representative will also provide customer service to walk-up customers, by phone, and online work order submittal.
What You Will Do
The representative will perform various duties such as receiving and recording work orders, distributing planned, limited, and emergency outages, providing customer service to walk-up customers, and performing data entry within multiple databases and systems.
