Role Overview
The Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will report directly to the Business Aligned Finance Manager and serve as a key leader in advancing finance transformation, automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across Enterprise Functions Finance.

The role will involve leading complex initiatives on matters related to financial research, analysis, and reporting, as well as making decisions in multi-faceted situations and providing advice and technical expertise on complex financial analysis and forecasting.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Chartered Accountant or a related field
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI
- Strong experience in Finance, FP&A, Finance Transformation, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-wide projects, finance transformation initiatives, process redesign efforts, or operational excellence programs
