A global technology company is looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to join its APAC marketing team, supporting growth across key markets including India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and Australia.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine performance marketing, data, project management, and strong stakeholder skills to turn insights into measurable growth.
What you’ll do:
- Lead full-funnel growth campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and optimise spend and channel strategy
- Use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve acquisition and engagement
- Manage budgets, forecasts, campaign operations, and regional projects from planning through launch
- Work closely with product, analytics, data science, creative, and agency partners across multiple markets
- Use AI tools across analysis, experimentation, content, and workflow automation to improve speed and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally with a strong user acquisition focus
- Strong experience with marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, and campaign optimisation
- Ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across regions and senior stakeholders
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, complex environment with a high level of ownership
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work
This is an initial 12-month contract based in Singapore.
