Client Partner (Account Management + Business Development)
A senior, high‑visibility role responsible for end‑to‑end client engagement, business growth, solutioning, consulting, and P&L ownership across key insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Growth
Build trusted relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and underwriting agencies
Drive revenue growth by positioning the company’s full suite of offerings
Act as the single point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions
Represent the company at insurance industry events
Identify and articulate competitive differentiators to influence expansion
Financial & Commercial Ownership
Manage account budgets, profitability, and contract governance
Support SOW/MSA updates, billing cycles, and invoicing
Ensure timely financial hygiene and client alignment
Service Delivery & Governance
Coordinate governance sessions with delivery teams
Lead NPS/Voice‑of‑Customer cycles and action plans
Ensure seamless communication between client and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
12+ years in insurance-focused business development and client management
Strong understanding of insurance functions (policy, claims, underwriting, data, CAT, etc.)
Proven ability to manage large accounts and revenue portfolios
Established network across insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs
Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in global, distributed environments
Willingness to travel ~15%
