Customer Solutions Engineer

The Customer Solutions Engineer acts as the technical bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that tailored solutions meet customer requirements while driving seamless implementation and ongoing support. This role combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to product innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement: Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring solutions meet client requirements.
  • Solution design: Analyze customer needs, propose tailored technical solutions, and prepare detailed solution documentation.
  • Technical support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Implementation oversight: Support deployment and integration of solutions, ensuring smooth handover to operations.
  • Continuous improvement: Gather customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Prior exposure to customer solutions, technical support, or pre-sales engineering is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of solution design, system integration, and customer-facing technical processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
