Partner Business & User Growth Manager

WorldFirst is looking for a Partner Business & User Growth Manager to drive user growth and engagement through wallet and bank partners. This role will sit at the intersection of partner collaboration, lifecycle marketing, user growth, and product optimization, helping us acquire new remittance users, improve repeat usage, and build stronger long-term partner value.

Responsibilities

User Growth via Partners

  • Develop and run growth plans to acquire and engage remittance users through wallet and bank partners.
  • Use partner traffic, co-marketing, referral programs, incentives, and loyalty schemes to drive new users, repeat usage, and stronger user engagement.

Lifecycle & Campaign Management

  • Segment users by lifecycle stage, including new, active, dormant, high-value, and churn-risk users.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns across partner channels and owned channels to improve retention, repeat remittance rate, and user lifetime value.

User Insights & Product Improvement

  • Analyze user data, campaign performance, and user feedback to identify key pain points, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Product and Design teams to optimize remittance flows, improve conversion, and enhance the overall user experience.

Partner Business Collaboration

  • Align with wallet and bank partners on growth goals, campaign plans, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Plan and run joint campaigns and initiatives, coordinating internal teams and partner resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Help deepen long-term collaboration with key partners by identifying opportunities to improve user growth, engagement, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Partner Growth, or data-driven Marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience in user segmentation, campaign planning, campaign execution, funnel optimization, or product growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with user data, campaign performance, and dashboards; Excel/Sheets and BI tools are expected, SQL is a plus.
  • Strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Business, and external partners.
  • Experience with wallets, banks, payment institutions, fintech, remittance, or cross-border payments is a strong plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
