Role Description The Marketing Operations & Livestream Assistant internship is an on-site role based in Singapore. The intern will support day-to-day marketing operations, including coordinating campaign tasks, maintaining marketing calendars, and assisting with digital asset organization. They will help plan and execute livestream sessions, including pre-event preparation, on-site setup, basic technical checks, and real-time support during broadcasts. Responsibilities also include assisting with performance tracking, compiling simple reports, and supporting communication across marketing, sales, and operations teams. They will provide general administrative assistance related to marketing projects and may engage in basic outreach or sales support activities for campaigns and events.
Qualifications
- Marketing operations skills, including coordinating campaigns, organizing workflows, and maintaining marketing documentation.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, supporting livestream hosts, and engaging with audiences.
- Analytical skills to track key metrics, interpret basic performance data, and support reporting on marketing and livestream activities.
- Administrative assistance skills to manage schedules, handle logistics, and keep marketing and event tasks running smoothly.
- Sales support skills, such as assisting with lead follow-up, supporting promotional efforts, and aligning livestreams with sales objectives.
- Interest in health, wellness, or supplements and a willingness to learn about longevity science and consumer education.
- Comfort with digital tools (e.g., social platforms, basic streaming or webinar software, spreadsheets, and presentation tools).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
