About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Customer Experience Core Product team, with a focus on the Benefits Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of the benefits and loyalty ecosystem, leading the strategy and transformation of core platform domains. This includes modernizing capabilities such as benefit catalog, eligibility, enrollment, tracking, personalization, and communications. The role demands a leader who can build a modern, reusable, API-driven platform, and who is adept at partnering across various teams to establish a long-term platform strategy that balances customer and business outcomes with scalability and technology modernization.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product strategy, platform product management, or related disciplines within complex organizations. The role requires a proven track record in defining and executing strategies for large-scale platforms and a strong background in leading product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, particularly in benefits, loyalty, or fintech, and a deep understanding of modern product development practices. Key skills include the ability to influence senior executives, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive operational excellence. Experience with APIs, service-oriented architecture, and a background in personalization and customer engagement platforms are highly valued. The role also demands a leader who can drive improvements in platform reuse, adoption, and operational efficiency, and who is adept at leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to enhance product and customer experiences.
