About the Role

Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Pittsburgh, PA Type: Contract-to-Hire Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Permanent Resident). No sponsorship available. Overview Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role will focus on developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions using modern platform technologies while partnering closely with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Flows.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
• Design and maintain Salesforce data models and security configurations.
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and contribute to code reviews and CI/CD efforts.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise with LWC, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
