Sales Operations Analyst, Atomic

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst will develop, test, and maintain sales reports, utilize sales reporting tools, and serve as the North America administrator for Elastic Suite. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will develop and test sales reports, manage sales reporting tools, design and optimize reporting distribution methods, and provide reporting and insights to support market share and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or sales operations environment
• Strong business acumen with foundational financial understanding
• Experience developing advanced reporting within a complex sales organization
• Experience with Elastic Suite is required
• Experience with Salesforce is required
• Familiarity with the outdoor industry required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage and reconcile large, complex datasets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and functions
• Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to groups in both written and verbal formats
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and complex formulas
• Power BI experience required
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
