Role Overview
The Product Operations Lead will own the product operations layer that powers Seleqt by Wishlink, including systems, processes, and brand-facing operations.
What You Will Do
You’ll monitor and own product data health across three dimensions: coverage, depth, and accuracy, and build initiatives to improve data quality.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in product operations/e-commerce operations, hands-on experience with product data structures, and a sharp eye for detail.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in product operations / e-commerce operations, ideally in a marketplace or D2C environment
- Hands-on experience with product data structures, attributes, and PIM (product information management) systems
- Comfort cutting and querying data in SQL (using any AI tool is fine) to drive decisions
- A sharp eye for detail: you spot a broken variant mapping or a missing image before the brand does
- Strong ownership and a process mindset — able to build operating SOPs and health workflows from scratch in a 0→1 setup
- A clear, credible communicator who can be the calm interface between brands and internal tech/product teams, and de-escalate when needed
- Bias for action — moves fast, follows through, takes end-to-end accountability for product data health
