Role Overview
As a Sales Manager for Wolt Benefits, you will play a key role in growing our network of merchants and employer partners across Finland. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing partnerships with organizations that help make Wolt Benefits more accessible and valuable for users.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect, and close new key partners across Finland, build and manage a strong pipeline, lead commercial discussions, and work closely with partners and internal stakeholders on topics related to online payments, POS integrations, and operational setup.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience working with merchant sales, onboarding, or partner development
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with senior decision makers
- A consultative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Confidence in working cross-functionally with commercial, operational, and product teams
- Interest in or experience with topics such as online payments, POS systems, integrations, or merchant operations
- A structured way of working and comfort using CRM tools such as Pipedrive
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to contribute hands-on in a flat organization
- Ambition, resilience, and creativity in solving customer problems and driving opportunities forward
- Professional fluency in Finnish and English
