Role Overview
Lead and deliver strategic operational projects to improve scalability, efficiency, and execution across the Wolt for Work business. Own and manage key recurring operational programs, including the monthly commission payout cycle.
What You Will Do
Implement and maintain tools and systems, monitor and optimize the sales pipeline, collaborate with Product and Marketing teams, and create and maintain documentation and training programs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role, hands-on CRM experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to data accuracy
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data tools (Excel, Looker, or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
