Role Overview
WoodmenLife is looking for a Recruiting Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to recruit, develop, and inspire a team of independent contracted representatives while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.
What You Will Do
Set and achieve annual recruiting goals for your territory, build meaningful relationships with representatives, recruit top talent, oversee representative performance, and act as a liaison between representatives and the Regional/Home Office.

Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 12 months of experience as a WoodmenLife representative (or equivalent)
- FIC designation (or willingness to obtain)
- State licensing and continuing education requirements
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivation to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule involving up to 60% travel
- Strong character and integrity
