Role Overview

Partner closely with leaders and employees to attract great talent, create exceptional employee experiences, and help build programs that strengthen culture and business performance.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, build and maintain staffing agency partnerships, ensure positive candidate experience, track recruiting performance metrics, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience supporting recruiting and employee relations activities
• Working knowledge of California employment laws and HR practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
