Role Overview
Inside Sales Representative will work with highly motivated individuals on high-performance teams to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and the ISR team. The role requires in-depth knowledge of strategic OEM products and services, as well as WWT tools, processes, and partner-facing applications.
What You Will Do
Accurately respond to customer requirements, build and maintain strong working relationships, and leverage product promotions and rebate incentives. Create, maintain, and provide detailed quote and order management reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements
- B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and or sales support/operations experience in the information Technology industry
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in global business
- Candidates with prior experience of creating CISCO HW BOMs on CCW
- Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills
- Excellent business analysis capabilities and experience
- Ability to analyze reports as a basis for making business decisions
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures
