Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Role Overview

As a key member of our Enterprise Sales Account Management team, you’ll be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling WP Engine’s WordPress hosting services to our largest and most strategic Enterprise accounts using a consultative, solution sales approach.

What You Will Do

Build a pipeline through up-selling and cross selling into existing accounts, referrals, marketing & business development leads, and cold-calling. Close deals and understand it is essential to forecast accurately and keep Salesforce.com updated.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Prior Enterprise sales experience strongly preferred; exposure to Solution Selling, Consultative Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, or Challenger helpful. Performance-driven mentality, Curious nature and aptitude for critical thinking/problem solving, Consistent energy and work ethic, The ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter are vital to this role.

Requirements

  • Prior Enterprise sales experience

  • Effectively identify prospect/client needs and expectations

  • Ability to run an opportunity from Discovery to Closed Won
  • Experience working with internal/external Security, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams strongly preferred
  • Ability to take ownership of a relationship
