Role Overview

The Marketing & Communications Specialist II supports organizational marketing and communications initiatives through content creation, storytelling, campaign execution, and project management.

What You Will Do

Create compelling written, visual, and video content for websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Sprout Social, Wrike, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to capture and edit professional photography and video content.
• Knowledge of script writing, storyboarding, video production, and multimedia content development.
• Understanding of social media management, website content management, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and apply insights to improve results.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
