Role Overview
Work as an Inside Sales Employee in a remote home office in Germany, managing customer and prospect relationships, generating new business, and processing lead pipelines. Collaborate with sales, consulting, and marketing teams. Work full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours/week.
What You Will Do
Manage customer and prospect relationships via phone or online, generate new business, create offers, clarify commercial and technical details, and calculate prices. Process existing lead pipelines, document sales information in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and collaborate with colleagues.

Ideal candidate has commercial or technical education, first work experience in sales, especially in software solutions in the B2B field, and strong closing skills. Must have C2 German and B1 English language skills.
Requirements
- Commercial or technical education or comparable qualification
- First work experience in sales, preferably in software solutions in the B2B field
- Experience in price calculation, offer creation, and negotiation
- Good commercial knowledge, especially in sales
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), and IT affinity
- MUST: C2 German and B1 English language skills, in writing and speaking
