Role Overview
The Manager – Strategic Growth will lead proposal delivery and work-winning support for US pursuits while strengthening the GCC proposal management capability. The role is accountable for compliant, high-quality and timely submissions, trusted stakeholder partnerships, effective resource management, team development, operational excellence and contribution to the wider GCC SGT strategy.
What You Will Do
Lead assigned proposal pursuits from kickoff through submission, including planning, coordination, reviews, compliance checks and debriefs. Ensure proposals are compliant, complete, accurate, brand-aligned and submitted on time.
