Role Overview
The Product Operations Specialist will support the successful launch and adoption of new products and technology across internal colleagues and clients. This role sits within the Product Operations team and covers the full product lifecycle.
What You Will Do
The role involves becoming a deep product expert, working closely with Product Managers, leading and participating in User Acceptance Testing, building repeatable processes, driving product adoption, and informing the end-to-end plan.
