Role Overview

The Product Operations Manager is responsible for product development, product launch activities, and analysis of the competitive landscape focusing on printer hardware and software features, prices, and channels. This role is integral to the business decision-making process and determines the development of future products.

What You Will Do

The Product Operations Manager will identify and recommend growth and opportunity areas for assigned product segments, monitor and analyze Lexmark supplies portfolio pricing and cost per page (CPP) vs competitors, and develop and propose business strategies and value propositions of Lexmark devices and software business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Skilled in data analysis, information organization, and insight generation from complex datasets
  • Excellent command of business English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive web research and translate findings into actionable insights
