Role Overview
The Technical Sales Engineer/Specialist is a supporting role of our Engineering and Sales Support Teams. This role will be reporting to the Engineered Solution Supervisor of our Water Infrastructure – Transport division. The incumbent will work closely with sales, customer support, and project management teams to support customers.
What You Will Do
Provide pre-sales technical support during feasibility, design, and tender stages to outside sales, distributors, and consulting engineers. Assist Engineering Team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 0-2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to use consistent business processes to achieve desired results
- Willingness and ability to always provide superior customer service
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Effective interpersonal skills with customers, coworkers, and management
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the use of computer applications
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
