Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling BCP and CCE machines to new markets and customers. You will establish customer relationships and sell the overall value of the Caterpillar brand, resulting in the sale of four machines per month at the budgeted profit levels.
What You Will Do
Provide coverage at assigned store for walk in customers, assist in maintaining retail presence, call assigned customer list on phone, visit customers in the field for demonstrations and prospecting, document coverage activities, execute sales process, participate in team selling, prepare quotes, and resolve customer issues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

- Presentation Skills, Organization Skills and Advanced problem solving capabilities
- Strong Teamwork Skills
- PC proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
