Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Yell in your region, helping businesses unlock their potential through smart digital solutions. You’ll hunt for new business, consult and solve, close deals, own relationships, and drive growth.

What You Will Do

Prospect and win new clients, meet customers, understand their goals, and design tailored solutions. Negotiate, present, and seal deals that make a real impact. Manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, ensuring clients’ success.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious sales professional with proven success in sales, confidence in building relationships, and resilience and positivity. You’ll have strong presentation skills and experience in solution selling or SaaS is a plus.

  • Proven success in sales (field or high-performing telesales)

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
