Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Associate is a hybrid role with responsibility for presenting and facilitating training content, while also being responsible for content creation and ongoing program support. This person will present and facilitate training content to monthly new hire classes and ongoing trainings to our veteran organization.
What You Will Do
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training, make learning engaging, and deliver with excellence. Leverage a variety of delivery methods, including virtual facilitation, social learning, gamification, demonstration, role-plays, e-learning, etc.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has sales training and/or sales enablement experience, and/or instructional design experience, excellent verbal and written skills, a creative and marketing-savvy eye, and a collaborative approach.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales acumen that lends credibility when training reps and leaders
- 2+ years of instructor led sales enablement, training, or L&D experience
- Strong working knowledge of Yelp Ads
- Engaging presenter and confident public speaker virtually
- Strong technical skills to support remote facilitation and learning
- Expert content facilitator and creates an inclusive and safe learning environment
- Completes tasks and projects within deadlines using task trackers and project roadmaps
- Maintains processes, with guidance, for collaboration with internal stakeholders within the Training and Enablement team for projects to ensure a healthy feedback loop
- High level of emotional intelligence
